Proactively identified the division's security gap before it was a mandate — and built the response from scratch. Designed and delivered a vulnerability management framework combining tooling, documented workflows, and clear team-level accountability structures. Now being adopted across the company. Not assigned. Self-initiated.

Appointed Team Information Security Officer following a critical security incident. Stayed on-site for 48 hours with the response team — found the root cause, shipped the fix, and deployed to client environments within the weekend. Led BCP and BIA governance across multiple products and served as the recognised MFA Subject Matter Expert.
